Requirements
  • 3-5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years and med device or pharma experience OR RN’s with industry experience in supporting sales teams.
  • Experience working with multiple key stakeholders (physicians, management, administration) or hospital-wide committee membership.
  • Excellent communication skills, relationship building, problem-solving, organization, and strategic prioritization.
  • Ability to assess stakeholders' needs, challenge the status quo, and influence change through consensus building.
  • Driven, coachable, with high integrity.
  • Bonus points for start-up experience, disruptive technology experience, med device experience, neuro ICU clinical experience, or sales experience.
Responsibilities
  • Driving new and organic growth by expanding the use of Ceribell in acute or critical care centers, launching Ceribell at new customer sites, and driving new product introductions.
  • Providing clinical training and education to physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on the proper usage of company products, troubleshooting workflow solutions, and establishing protocols for patients at risk of seizure.
  • Submitting required reports and training documentation, managing administrative tasks using Salesforce.com, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and working cross-functionally for successful product deployment.
