  • 4+ years of experience in UX design in a software company, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated portfolio of work with for mobile and web applications - your portfolio must convey strong design rationale and process
  • Degree in design, Information Architecture, HCI, or related field
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Lean UX, Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking methodology
  • Experience working with design systems and style guides
  • Expertise in standard design, wireframing, and interactive prototyping tools in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite etc
  • Good knowledge of bug/issue tracking tools such as JIRA
  • Demonstrated experience in full life-cycle software development
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate differing opinions on designs and guide cross-functional team members toward user-centered solutions
  • Ability to grasp and clearly communicate complex ideas to different audiences

  • Synthesize research insights to inform design decisions and create visualizations that effectively summarize key findings
  • Participate in company-wide discussions on current user interface initiatives and future design directions
  • Advocate for user-centered design, including research, design, and accessibility
  • Stay updated on emerging technology, industry, and market trends
  • Rapidly iterate on novel design solutions for new and innovative products
