  • Lead and manage UX and technical docs teams to create user-centered design solutions and engaging technical documentation that meets customers' needs

  • Ensure a scalable process that can evolve with future product features and business requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in UX design, technical writing or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Technical Writing or a related field preferred
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across a range of products, and engaging technical documentation
  • Deep understanding of user research methodologies and experience conducting user research
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with product management and engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design solutions to stakeholders including executive leadership
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Experience with design systems and design tooling
  • Understanding of design thinking methodologies and the ability to apply them in practice
  • Strong product sense and the ability to use it to inform UX and technical documentation strategy
  • Understanding of the integral role that UX and technical documentation plays in the overall user experience
  • Practical understanding of the customer journey and what makes a unique customer experience
