Responsibilities
  • Support the FRM team to enhance access and fulfillment related to StimLabs products.
  • Foster effective communication across various departments, including Market Access, Marketing, Customer Service, Accounting, and Field Sales.
  • Contribute to both long-term and short-term strategic planning, executing necessary tactics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of reimbursement and market access for StimLabs’ entire product portfolio.
  • Assist FRM’s as needed by educating new and existing customers on product reimbursement, including billing, coding, claims submission, national and local coverage policies, and best practices for clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales, market access, and insurance verification teams to proactively monitor reimbursement activities and address reimbursement challenges.
  • Support team members in identifying, understanding, and overcoming patient access and fulfillment obstacles, with an emphasis on reimbursement knowledge across different service sites.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
