  • Proven experience in operations and/or project management roles specifically related to expansion or roll-out efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to create new, efficient workflows according to regulatory and client requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead all new market expansion efforts related to driver onboarding, including understanding requirements, designing efficient onboarding workflows, and ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and client requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and Sales to define requirements and with Marketing to create clear and concise communications for CareDrivers
  • Engage directly with clients, with support from Sales, to understand their specific driver requirements and effectively communicate HopSkipDrive's onboarding processes and driver requirements
  • Train the Supply team on executing the onboarding workflow and seamlessly transition the market to them for launch once driver processing begins
  • Monitor new market performance through data analysis, identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process, and collaborate with the market Supply Manager to implement changes
  • Provide regular progress reports on new market expansion to stakeholders, demonstrating strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
  • Contribute to other cross-functional systems projects leveraging operational expertise and problem-solving abilities, as needed
