Supernal provides an inviting open-space workplace designed to foster collaboration, which aligns with one of our core values. This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.

What we do:

This role will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the shipping, receiving, storing and issuing of product, inventory/fixed assets, maintain receiving and inventory control records and prepare related reports in support of Test and Evaluation Programs. They also ensure that safety protocols are followed and report quality metrics to other members of the Test and Evaluation Programs.

What you can do:

Locate packing slips, confirm deliveries, and pull and turn in packing slips
Monitor low inventory levels and communicate out of stock items
Label part number of products and move to home/final locations for usage
Implement warehouse planning solutions (rack construction and labeling)
Stock received items to bulk stock
Notifies purchasing of obsolete items, missing or quantities nearing stock-out
Maintain accurate inventory stock location files and audit programs
Maintain the Materials Issued Log, and ensure the right components are distributed to production
Is responsible for the maintenance and inventory of supplies within the tool room at a warehouse or business
Maintain calibration intervals of tools and equipment.
Keeps a list of tools and equipment available for distribution, and maintains records of which products are signed out and to whom
Orders, secures, and monitors tools and equipment that need to be fixed or calibrated, and can also make minor repairs if necessary
Verifies MSDS on any item received that comply with OSHA regulations, and processes requisitions for products, materials and surplus MRO materials
Inspects toolroom equipment for proper functioning and reports malfunctions to appropriate personnel
May include up to 10% of international and domestic travel
Other duties as assigned

What you can contribute:

Minimum GED or HS diploma required; college degree preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a warehouse clerk
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints.
Self-motivated and forward-thinking personality
Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location

The per-hour pay range for this position is:

$50—$56 USD
