What you will be doing:

• Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate activities of functional specialists including contracting, engineering, requirements, program control, configuration/data management, test, and logistics.
• Review and direct the progress in meeting program objectives.
• Represent the organization at executive levels within the Government and to contractor/industry representatives.
• Prepare, presents, defends, and interprets staff studies to the executive levels within the Government and/or other management officials.
• Plan, organize, lead, and manage critical aspects of research, development, production, and support of subsystems or equipment, and integrate, analyze, and manage a variety of acquisition functions and personnel in support of the process.
• Apply knowledge of military and commercial space operations as they apply to programs and systems.
• Oversee, develop, and recommend modifications to systems and programs around doctrine, tactics, and concepts of operations for the organization.

What you will need:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Knowledge of the missions, roles, functions, organizational structures, and operation of the USSF, Air Force, joint military, and other entities that govern, interface with, and/or influence the acquisition process.
• Proven ability to design and conduct comprehensive studies related to space products and operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present findings and recommendations clearly to management and stakeholders.
• Experience in applying knowledge of space, cyber, and intelligence operations to program analysis and system evaluations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects and priorities.
