Aramark SeniorLIFE+ at Asbury Communities introduces elevated dining experience with "The Director's Table"

Aramark SeniorLIFE+ at Asbury Communities introduces elevated dining experience with "The Director's Table" June 26, 2026 Aramark SeniorLIFE+ continues to enhance the resident experience through fresh, thoughtful, and culturally expressive dining. At Asbury Communities, Inc., culinary teams recently introduced a new concept designed to bring the feel of fine dining into a senior living setting: the Director's Table. "The Director's Table was created to elevate the dining experience beyond traditional senior living offerings and provide residents and their families with an exclusive culinary event," said Garfield Clarke, Aramark SeniorLIFE+ Director of Catering at Asbury Methodist Village. "The goal was to create a memorable experience centered on exceptional food, wine, hospitality, and personal interaction." The Director's Table features an upscale five-course tasting menu with wine pairings, offering residents an immersive, chef-driven dining experience in an intimate setting. With limited seating and a single, relaxed service, the focus shifts from volume to quality, presentation, and engagement. Each course is carefully curated and paired to enhance the overall experience, while the pacing allows guests to fully enjoy the menu, connect with one another, and appreciate the craftsmanship behind each dish. "Resident feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Guests appreciated the elevated menu, wine pairings, personalized service, and intimate atmosphere," said Clarke. "Many noted that the experience felt comparable to dining at an upscale restaurant and valued the opportunity to share the evening with family and friends in a unique setting." Following its strong debut, the Director's Table will be offered as a quarterly experience going forward at Asbury Communities served by Aramark SeniorLIFE+. "The Director's Table has become an exciting platform to show that dining can be more than a meal. It can be an experience that brings people together through exceptional food, wine, and conversation," Clarke said.
