Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, with at least 4 years in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences marketing deployment.
  • Deep hands-on experience with email marketing platforms
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex campaign logic, deliverability issues, and system integrations.
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements including CAN-SPAM, opt-out management, and regulatory review.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive performance through data-informed decision making.
  • Experience working within or alongside digital publishing platforms targeting HCPs.
Responsibilities
  • Marketing Operations Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving HCP engagement and traffic across our site, sponsored products, programs and events.
  • Marketing Operations Leadership: Own marketing workflow systems and processes to ensure smooth deployment, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Marketing Operations Leadership: Partner closely with product, ad ops, and data/analytics teams to deliver performance against key KPIs (impressions, clicks, page views, engagement rates, opt-out rates).
  • Email Marketing Strategy & Execution: Oversee all HCP email deployment strategy and operations, ensuring campaigns are timely, relevant, and compliant.
  • Email Marketing Strategy & Execution: Serve as technical lead and troubleshooter for marketing automation tools like Iterable, resolving integration issues, logic errors, and data mismatches.
  • Email Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and implement segmentation and suppression strategies to balance promotional frequency with opt-out risk.
  • Email Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop email testing frameworks (subject lines, send time, layout, CTAs) to continuously improve engagement metrics.
  • Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure all marketing practices comply with healthcare marketing regulations and privacy standards, including CAN-SPAM, HIPAA, and industry best practices.
  • Compliance & Data Governance: Maintain a robust email opt-out management framework across campaigns, products, and audience segments.
  • Paid Media & Social Expertise: Lead strategy and execution of paid media and social marketing campaigns to drive incremental HCP engagement.
  • Paid Media & Social Expertise: Evaluate and optimize channel mix (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, display ads) to maximize ROI while adhering to pharma brand guidelines and compliance parameters.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign and channel performance data in collaboration with data and product team to surface actionable insights.
  • Performance Optimization: Provide weekly and monthly reporting dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting wins, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Performance Optimization: Help support the audience acquisition strategy to replenish and grow the HCP database through digital marketing tactics.
