- BS or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as an embedded software developer
- Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership or management role with a proven track record of successfully leading software development teams
- Excellent technical skills in embedded systems programming languages such as C or C++.
- Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and hardware/software integration
- Strong understanding of software development process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, helping to solve complex problems and make sound technical decisions
- Provide firmware development support when necessary

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our software development processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, system engineers, and product managers, to ensure the successful integration of software with hardware components
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
