Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute demand-generation initiatives to drive new leads

• Experiment rapidly with new messaging, channels, and tactics to optimize new customer acquisition

• Develop an SEO, paid, and field marketing strategy

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to align sales efforts with business objectives, creating a unified, agile approach to marketing

• Analyze new experiment performance and communicate learnings to other stakeholders

• Build a strong brand and following for Decagon both for potential customers and in the tech ecosystem

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally at an early-stage company

• Experience implementing marketing software tools

• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate marketing performance

• Bonus points if you have previous experience marketing customer support/experience tools
