  • A recognised Assessor qualification, such as A1, CAVA, or equivalent.
  • A qualification at Level 4 or above in any subject area, including vocational, professional, or academic qualifications.
  • At least two years of experience working within a dental practice environment, including experience with the responsibilities and operational tasks associated with managing practice activities.
  • Experience producing clear and accurate reports.
  • Good information technology skills.
  • A full valid driving licence, as travel is essential.
  • Proof of the right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Successful completion of an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver End Point Assessment in line with the Dental Practice Manager Level 4 standard.
  • Use the NCFE EPA platform to manage assessments and engage with apprentices.
  • Attend standardisation activities to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with apprentices, training providers, and employers regarding End Point Assessment processes and grading.
  • Produce clear, professional assessment reports.
