Requirements
  • 6+ years managing complex technical projects—ideally you're a former Founder/Co-Founder or first TPM hire at an early stage startup previously.
  • Expert with SQL/NoSQL databases, scripting (Python, Bash), and system architecture
  • Hands-on with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and CI/CD frameworks
  • Proven track record building processes from scratch and driving teams to deliver on aggressive timelines
  • Polished written and verbal skills; comfortable presenting to executive leadership and external partners
  • Skilled at forging consensus across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Design and own a cross-phase governance cadence (design → build → launch)
  • Lead and scale: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and weekly status reviews
  • Set up robust tracking for timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables
  • Translate inputs into well-scoped engineering tickets; prioritize and drive them through completion
  • Execute database operations, write and run automation scripts, and manage our agent suite (Scribe, Interpreter, Receptionist, Apogee)
  • Define and document workflows—from intake to deployment—and iterate for continuous improvement
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, system integrations, and tooling under the guidance of engineering leadership
  • Act as the primary liaison between Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure strategic alignment
  • Create and deliver internal and customer-facing technical roadmaps, timelines, and presentations
  • Identify architecture or dependency risks early; develop and execute mitigation plans
  • Report progress, challenges, and wins directly to our Co-Founders

Sully.ai builds a system of autonomous AI agents that handle hospital operations by running in the background to automate daily workflows. Its team of agents—resembling roles such as receptionists, medical consultants, triage nurses, scribes, and coders—collaborates to complete tasks across the hospital, effectively replacing a large amount of manual labor. The product works by coordinating these agents to execute end-to-end workflows, from patient intake and triage to documentation and coding, across departments. Unlike other tools that focus on a single function, Sully.ai provides an integrated set of autonomous agents that work together to manage the entire hospital operation. The goal is to reduce the roughly $800B of labor currently spent on manual hospital work by enabling health systems to run more efficiently with AI-driven automation.
