  • High School Diploma required, GED or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • BICSI Certified Technician preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • OSHA 30 preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field management data center experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ supervision and/or training experience
  • Knowledge of general building codes and BICSI Standards
  • Read, write, and understand English
  • Able to distinguish color codes
Responsibilities
  • Follow safe work practices and company and client work site policies
  • Promote company Core Values
  • Assist Field Supervisors and Lead Technicians with planning material acquisition and scheduling
  • Maintain “A-level” ratings from client review
  • Provide ongoing leadership, supervision, and guidance to field staff
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, and Sales Team
  • Conduct site walk throughs and QA QC inspections
  • Supervise and manage structured cabling activities
  • Oversee and lead job site organization
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Lead by example in exemplifying safety and professionalism on the job site
