Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience working in product management, product marketing, or business development as well as experience managing product applications teams
- Experience with silicon, hardware or module product delivery for high-speed connectivity applications
- Thorough market knowledge of AI server platforms, cloud, compute, memory, storage, and data center infrastructure segments
- Deep technical knowledge of the following high-speed interfaces: PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, high speed memory, and NVMe
- Direct experience articulating and building consensus around roadmap strategy, product tradeoffs, and product definition
- Process-oriented focus (adhere and support product development processes with Program Management team)
- Demonstrated ability to grow product revenue for semiconductor-based products (including ICs, modules and boards)
- Proven track record of technically supporting and driving issue resolution cloud service providers, data center OEMs/ODMs, and CPU/GPU/memory vendors
- Partnered with industry ecosystem and standards organizations such as CXL Consortium, PCI-SIG, etc.
- Must be willing to work full-time in our Santa Clara office in-person
Responsibilities
- Define product visions for both short-term and long-term strategies and roadmap including definition and prioritization of features that are aligned with customer requirements and business goals.
- Complete market TAM/SAM analysis and use data-driven product and execution strategies to deliver revenue.
- Drive strategic engagements with partners and be able to influence key decision makers to align on vision through excellent written and verbal communication of product value proposition.
- Execute on product development by working with program management and engineers to implement the GTM and business plan
- Lead and build cross functional relationships across engineering, sales, and other key stakeholders
- Prioritization and enablement of technical solutions for customer issues: Driving and directing internal engineering teams and driving communication to customers.
- Be the lead voice driving direction for triaging complex customer reported issues which require taking into account multiple layers of conditions; for instance, silicon, firmware, hardware board design, and system environment.
- Promote the development of best-in-class product documentation, application notes, and similar tutorials for both internal and external client groups.
