Responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between the technology team and the call center to manage the data curation and vetting process.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data sent to the call center for review.
  • Project manage the directory build process, ensuring comprehensive coverage across client zip codes.
  • Run regular reports to identify any data gaps or inconsistencies in the directory.
  • Provide the Director, Community Resource Directory with a clear work plan and maintain an efficient data pipeline to support ongoing directory growth.
  • Provide the Data Scraping Team regular direction on network gaps and any recurring issues with the data to drive ongoing improvements.
  • Monitor data flow and quality metrics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of community resource information.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data vetting processes meet operational goals.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for data curation and quality control.
