Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a high-growth technology or software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales finance, revenue forecasting, sales operations, and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial planning software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights for business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to think holistically about sales and financial objectives.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial models to support the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with the Sales leadership team to create and manage the Divisional Operation Models.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to evaluate new strategies and opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Sales Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of financial strategies and objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Sales Strategy and Planning team.
