Requirements
  • 10+ years of project management experience leading sites from early stage diligence to construction with specific experience in EV fast charging
  • Proven experience working with utilities and A&E firms
  • Strong understanding of AC and DC power, transformers, circuit protection, single-line electrical and mechanical diagrams, and construction drawings
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead an internal team of project managers and ensure appropriate resourcing as our development portfolio continues to grow
  • Serve as the primary owner of budget and schedule for sites as they progress from acquisition to construction
  • Develop and maintain program-level relationships with A&E firms
  • Lead technical diligence on new equipment and charging hardware
  • Manage equipment procurement and develop strategic relationships with vendors as needed
  • Provide regular reporting on site timelines and budgets to relevant stakeholders
  • Streamline and standardize diligence, design, and permitting workflows to drive down development costs
  • Collaborate closely with site acquisition, construction, and operations teams
  • Coordinate with finance and legal teams to manage development risks and costs
  • Grow our working relationships with utilities across the U.S.
