Next Generation Air Dominance Mission Leader
Key Role:
Tackle complex mission and technical challenges, including the application of engineering, management, and advanced digital tools in support of the pursuit and delivery of Next Generation Air Dominance Client focused technology and mission programs. Drive market growth and delivery by leveraging expertise in advanced DoD aerospace focused programs and innovative thinking, including technical and service management to define and realize organic business growth. Play a key role envisioning and executing a strategic roadmap and work closely with Government Clients, mission experts, senior technical experts, and others in related technical disciplines to define opportunities and solutions to key Next Generation mission area needs. Capitalize on professional insight, experience, and relationships to promote Booz Allen brand awareness and provide mission and thought leadership with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience with systems engineering, acquisition management, or technical product and program management
5+ years of experience in a technical or acquisition leader role supporting current Next Generation Air Dominance technology, architecture, and platforms
Experience with DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework in developing and delivering advanced aerospace capabilities
Experience in working with integrated technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
Knowledge of product development lifecycle, including assessing user needs, gathering and allocating requirements, and verification and validation of system performance
Ability to communicate effectively across internal and external organizations at the Senior Leader level
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with AF development and acquisition organizations
Knowledge of AFMC Digital Material Management processes and tools
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
