Requirements
  • Must maintain a TS/SCI with poly
  • Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university; four (4) years of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, especially in Customer Entry Portals
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow Web Services, including REST and SOAP
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Provide technical expertise in a fast-paced mission environment
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
  • Ensure the highest level of service and performance of all developed applications

  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, ServiceNow certifications, and ITIL knowledge
  • Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
