Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Visual Arts
  • ~4 years in 3D modeling or 3D artist experience in relation to product creation
  • Proven experience in animation, video gaming or entertainment a plus
  • Experience maintaining and using 3D printers in scanning both footwear and flat materials
  • Proficient in 3D Design software, eg Keyshot, Cinema 4D, Moto, Maya, Substance, Mincad, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
  • Experience integrating models and assets into platforms, digital web platforms and documents for viewing, project management and deliverables
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Please provide a portfolio that demonstrates your proficiency in 3D modeling
Responsibilities
  • Utilize expertise in creating 3D renderings of footwear products, interpreting 2D and 3D files from tech packs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evolve and implement digital processes into the creation process
  • Collaborate with omni-ad team in product direction, product brief, footwear construction and design aesthetics, understanding the creation process and timeline deliverables
  • Manage and monitor the digital libraries, inclusive of materials, colors, lasts and digital assets
  • Maintain and operate a suite of 3D digital scanners and printers
  • Visually communicate the digital visions, strategy, and culture of the brand to team members
  • Motivate cross functional team members to learn, grow and build their strengths in digital understanding
  • Be the pillar of information on digital capabilities and limitations on 3D product creation and software capabilities
