Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly monitoring of enteral nutrition patients, including reviewing supply inventory, completing the ENT-Enteral Refill Assessment, and processing delivery tickets through PHD drop shipments or CMC shipments as needed.
  • Maintain current enteral orders, track expiration dates, generate order renewals before expiration, and fax renewals to prescribers.
  • Provide patients with formulary supply types and quantities within established guidelines and promote formulary conversion when indicated.
  • Ensure authorizations and orders are not expired before refills and communicate with teammates responsible for authorization as needed.
  • Take payments from patients or caregivers when required and escalate payment questions or concerns to the Patient Pay team.
  • Respond to enteral patient inquiries, including tracking shipments when requested.
  • Communicate with the CMC Pump Champion and pharmacy and warehouse teams about enteral pump needs, problems, and issues, and help coordinate pump-swap communications.
  • Provide pump troubleshooting support to patients.
  • Coordinate enteral pump swaps for yearly maintenance and as needed, and complete ENT-Discharge pump progress notes when appropriate.
  • Coordinate inventory needs with Supply Chain and CMC warehouse staff.
  • Follow the enteral discharge-for-inactivity process to maintain a clean census and place outbound calls to patients before monthly refills.
  • Identify and escalate clinical or operational enteral issues beyond the position's capability to the appropriate enteral team member.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of patient information in accordance with legal and nutrition guidelines.
  • Participate in the on-call ECOE rotation as scheduled.
  • Perform other required or requested duties.

  • Experience ordering products and coordinating deliveries is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical records, reimbursement, or nutrition is preferred.

Option Care Health Q2 beats expectations with $1.4B revenue, narrows full-year guidance

Acute therapies posted high-single-digit organic growth, while chronic revenue improved sequentially as the CID portfolio began to stabilise. However, CID-related pressure is expected to reduce 2026 revenue by roughly 600 basis points and gross profit by $55 million. The home and alternate-site infusion provider maintained its full-year revenue guidance at $5.675 billion to $5.775 billion. Adjusted EBITDA guidance was narrowed to $480 million to $495 million, and adjusted EPS guidance to $1.85 to $1.92. The company repurchased $150 million of shares, nearly 5% of shares outstanding.

Option Care Health has appointed Robert Okunski as Vice President of Investor Relations, effective 26 May 2026. Option Care Health, the largest independent provider of home infusion services in the US, reported Q1 revenues of $1.35 billion, up 1.3% year on year but missing analyst expectations by 3.3%. The company operates 177 locations across 43 states with over 4,500 clinicians. Chief executive John Rademacher acknowledged the "mixed performance" and expressed dissatisfaction with revenue growth momentum. Full-year guidance also fell short of analyst expectations. Across the senior health, home health and hospice sector, seven tracked companies reported a satisfactory Q1, with revenues beating consensus estimates by 0.9% on average. However, Option Care Health posted the weakest performance against analyst estimates despite raising full-year guidance. The stock has fallen 27.1% since reporting, currently trading at $21.59.
