Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with ERP systems and industrial control systems.
- On-site role in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Occasional after-hours support and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize servers, workstations, and network hardware (LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, routers).
- Administer Windows and Linux environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and file/print services.
- Oversee backups, disaster recovery planning, and system redundancy.
- Provide technical support for ERP/MRP systems implementation, PLCs, SCADA, MES, and other production-related software.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate IT with manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting production uptime.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols, including endpoint protection, patch management, and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal IT policies.
- Provide support to staff across departments.
- Train users in new technologies, security awareness, and best practices.
- Implement and manage a helpdesk system and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades and implementation, network expansions, and software deployments.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
