  • You have several years of experience running and developing well-loved consumer products
  • Experienced in defining and driving product strategy across several teams
  • You are highly analytical and have deep knowledge of many insights methods
  • You have excellent leadership and relationship-building skills
  • You are an excellent communicator and storyteller. You know how to influence decision-making at all levels within an organisation, and in a variety of contexts

Responsibilities
  • Develop the PMs and SPMs within your area
  • Define and drive overall product vision, strategy and metrics for your area and galvanize the teams to follow you
  • Work closely with partners across the organization so that you and the area provide for the company's short- and long-term goals
  • Make sure that your teams are strong and balanced - including capabilities, happiness, resilience and growth
  • Work relentlessly to make sure your team is doing the right things, while not spreading too thinly
  • Own and prioritise a long-term product roadmap based on a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and maintenance and support
  • Support your team in A/B testing and other methodologies
  • Work with a range of cross-functional partners to receive input, get feedback, and keep them informed
