  • A minimum of two (2) years of research and sourcing experience is required
  • Preferred background in start up environment or in sourcing executives in either a retained search firm, agency or corporation. Experience in life science and/or biotech preferred
  • Extreme organization ability to handle multiple roles and external vendors (agencies, external sourcers)
  • Extraordinary communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills are required, as is strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail
  • Proficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards etc.) and the ATS Greenhouse
  • Experience utilizing metrics regularly to assess and maintain performance is preferred
  • The primary focus of this role is supporting the Executive and Leadership recruiting team by researching, sourcing, and developing candidate lists
  • You will design and execute on the research and engagement strategy for some of our most senior and high profile searches
  • Partner with our Talent Recruiters and Hiring Manager stakeholders to deliver top of the funnel passive talent for TrialSpark's most mission-critical roles
  • Craft and execute innovative, rigorous market research & sourcing methods to build robust, diverse passive talent pipelines for niche, hard to fill specialized technical roles
  • Actively use both internal and external digital platforms to develop & execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships
  • Develop robust candidate pipelines for ongoing and future openings
  • Maintain relationships with passive candidates for future openings
  • Develop progressive talent identification and sourcing strategies
