Responsibilities
  • Drive product development and operations with lead engineers and make technical decisions in adherence to Target platform architecture and enterprise decisions.
  • Balance team management and development with writing production code and hands-on active development of capabilities and solutions.
  • Assist with internal technical platform usage and resolve technology roadblocks involving code, infrastructure, build, deployment, and the overall software development cycle while adhering to development and security standards.
  • Establish stakeholder communication, work closely with Product and User Experience teams, influence the product roadmap, and help drive requirements.
  • Advocate for extreme agile and DevOps practices across engineers.
  • Build and manage a team of high-performing frontend engineers.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to the engineering team.
  • Recommend staffing levels, operating procedures, tools, and systems for the team.
  • Provide career development and performance management to a team of engineers.
  • Drive artificial intelligence adoption to improve engineering and product outcomes, establishing scalable, secure, and compliant integrations with governance and validation.
