  • Must be able to lift wooden pallets which weigh about 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Must be comfortable working in a labor-intensive environment, sometimes under extreme weather conditions. All employment is contingent on completing a drug test, in accordance to local and state laws and regulations.
  • Candidates with previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, welding or logistics experience are encouraged to apply
  • Requires quick hands, attention to detail, commitment to quality
  • Observance of all safety rules and regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
  • Construct and deconstruct pallets in a safe manner while achieving efficiencies that return 300 to 400 pallets to working condition in a given shift
  • Remove broken deck boards and/or stringers and utilize appropriate tools and methods to return damaged pallets to service-ready condition
  • Communicate directly with shift lead and/or onsite or plant manager
  • Examine products after repairing to verify conformance to quality standards
