Program Management Assistant

Position: Program Management Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate quoting, ordering, and shipping of development samples for various vehicle build events.

• Manage and track customer purchase orders (POs).

• Manage and track internal purchase orders.

• Handle pricing and invoicing of necessary customer parts.

• Manage and track internal and external inventory.

• Track the status of customer sample deliveries and provide weekly reports to cross-functional teams.

• Monitor the status of internal sample orders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure samples meet correct hardware and software levels.

• Track design changes and provide weekly reports to relevant teams.

• Prepare documentation for PPAP submissions and upload to customer systems.

• Track expiration dates and timing for PPAP submissions to ensure on-time delivery.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communication.

• Provide general support for the program management team as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to travel domestically to support customer sample deliveries.

• Standard work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience working directly with OEM customers.
