Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of sales operations.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights.
  • Own the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Design and create PowerPoint presentations to effectively convey data and insights to diverse audiences.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM system.
  • Create, maintain, and own sales dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets and quotas.
  • Develop and implement strategic territory planning to optimize sales coverage, drive market penetration, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
