Requirements
  • A high level of executive presence and professionalism, experience engaging with C-level executives and their teams, preferably on a global scale
  • A positive energy and problem-solving approach to large scope challenges, ability to think critically
  • Affinity for coaching others
  • An understanding of Partner Ecosystems, or demonstrate an ability to ramp on such information quickly
  • Experience working across multiple business units and pulling together stakeholders with varied perspectives and objectives

Responsibilities
  • The primary responsibility will be to own and direct our Chief Ecosystem Officer's strategy with Partner executives. Qualtrics needs to both leverage his current connections and cultivate new relationships that are aligned with and directly drive our Ecosystem strategy. This will include:
  • Design an engagement plan for Aaron with short and long term objectives, working with Strategy, PEMs and Sales as needed
  • Lead the team in coordinating the meetings themselves, end-to-end in a professional, executive level manner (incl. communication, event details, meeting content and follow ups)
  • The role will design and drive a partner executive engagement strategy across all Qualtrics C-levels. This will include the following:
  • Document current relationships and alignments and create action plans for intentional new connections
  • Work with our Executive Engagement team under Communications to collaborate on Partner involvement in Qualtrics events and our executive participation in Partner events
  • Work with PEMs to align these specific relationships to our Ecosystem strategy, all actions with a focus on driving Sourced Revenue
  • Develop an internal process and a support structure for our Ecosystem team on how to engage with Partner Executives (or propose Partner engagement to OUR executives). This is a skillset we currently lack en masse
