  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM
  • 10 years experience supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers and/or project management in other industries
  • 5 years in formal engineering management / technical leadership experience
  • Active Secret clearance adjudicated within the last 5 years
Responsibilities
  • Drive integration & test engineering execution across the SDS Division portfolio of programs
  • Lead a large team of cross discipline directors, managers, and professionals at various locations responsible for Test Engineering
  • Participate in establishing and direct the implementation of integrated test engineering processes across the SDS Division
  • Participate in establishing and direct the implementation of model-based digital engineering processes
  • Manage all aspects of process development, training, and development across the Test Directorate
  • Ensure test engineering product quality and consistency and manage auditing and oversight functions
  • Interface closely with the product/program team leadership and implement test engineering priorities for the team
