Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred, or High School Diploma with 2+ years' experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft office
Responsibilities
- Recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions
- Interview knowledge and skills
- Marketing the company and open positions utilizing a variety of methods and tools
- Advanced ability in Excel is a must
- Data driven - position in charge of significant amounts of reporting
- Flexible work schedule; able to support all three shifts with little notice
- Understanding of Safety practices, regulations and procedures
- Recommend and propose effective improvements of HR procedures and practices
- Provide input for next fiscal year departmental budget based on anticipated needs
- Meet with Associates and managers regarding questions or concerns on company policy
- Experience delivering trainings
- Development of training materials
- Advise and coach both managers and Associates
- Maintain all Associate records with confidentiality
- Versatile and flexible
- Ability to multi-task
- Other HR duties as assigned
