Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the architecture, engineering, and construction or life sciences industries.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather schedule inputs and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis, earned value metrics, and forecasting.
  • Support resource planning and workload analysis across multiple projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements for schedule development and reporting.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling insights to support decision-making.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical, biotech, or advanced manufacturing projects.
  • Familiarity with Lean Construction or Integrated Project Delivery methodologies.
  • PMP or PMI-SP certification.
