Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in studio leadership, creative production, production design, design operations, graphic design, or a similar agency or creative services environment.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative production teams, including managers and individual contributors, in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, integration, process transformation, or organizational growth while maintaining morale, clarity, and delivery quality.
  • Strong understanding of studio operations, including intake, resourcing, prioritization, quality control, approvals, asset management, prepress, mechanical builds, file preparation, and final release.
  • Portfolio or work samples that demonstrate strong design judgment, production excellence, brand consistency, and execution across digital, presentation, web, and print channels.
  • Expertise in design principles, including layout, typography, color, composition, brand systems, accessibility considerations, and current design trends.
  • Ability to move fluidly across creative execution including digital, print, motion, video, 3D, and emerging technology platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong working knowledge of presentation tools such as Keynote and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills, with the ability to synthesize milestones, risks, recommendations, and decisions for senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the studio design team to ensure consistent standards, equitable resourcing, and aligned ways of working across both teams.
  • Provide leadership by building trust, clarifying roles and responsibilities, supporting change adoption, and creating a shared operating rhythm.
  • Translate the Head of Studio’s vision into actionable team goals, staffing plans, workflow improvements, quality expectations, and measurable operating practices.
  • Establish and reinforce studio governance, including intake expectations, prioritization, escalation paths, approval procedures, version control, file release standards, and communication protocols.
  • Lead workforce planning and resource allocation for assigned accounts, workstreams, or capability areas, balancing capacity, skill mix, deadlines, business priorities, and team development needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, innovation, artificial intelligence and automation, production technologies, design tools, and workflow innovations to strengthen studio capability.
  • Explore, test, and pilot emerging tools to improve studio capability.
  • Manage, coach, and develop studio managers, designers, production artists, and other studio team members through clear expectations, feedback, performance conversations, career development, and succession planning.
  • Create an inclusive, collaborative studio culture that values flexibility, accountability, craft excellence, operational consistency, transparency, and respectful partnership across teams.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, priorities, risks, dependencies, and quality control to ensure studio deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Partner with Creative, Account, Strategy, Operations, and Production leadership to align scope, staffing, milestones, client expectations, production requirements, and final delivery standards.
  • Guide the extension and translation of approved creative concepts into production-ready digital, web, presentation, and print content while ensuring work remains aligned to brand standards and project direction.
  • Represent the studio in senior-level meetings by providing operational insight, staffing recommendations, risk assessments, delivery updates, and solutions that support business and client objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to harmonize tools, templates, file structures, documentation, automation, reporting, and process standards across the integrated studio organization.
  • Build alignment across teams with different histories, client relationships, tools, workflows, and production habits.
  • Make timely decisions, surface risks early, resolve conflicts constructively, and escalate issues with clear recommendations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, email and web workflows, motion tools, or video tools.
  • An Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or BFA degree in art, graphic design, production art, advertising, communications, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

Publicis Groupe has agreed to acquire LiveRamp, a global data collaboration platform, for $2.2 billion in an all-cash transaction at $38.50 per share, representing a 29.8% premium to LiveRamp's closing price on 15 May 2026. LiveRamp connects over 25,000 publisher domains and 500+ technology partners across 14 markets, enabling brands, retailers and media platforms to unify and activate data securely. The company has 1,300 employees and delivered a trailing five-year compound annual growth rate of 13%. The acquisition will position Publicis as a leader in data co-creation, enabling clients to build more intelligent AI agents by combining multiple data sources securely. Publicis has raised its 2027-2028 growth objectives to 7-8% for net revenue and 8-10% for headline earnings per share. Fabric Social sold to Publicis Groupe UK with revenues exceeding $17M

Mayo-born entrepreneur Niall McGarry has sold Fabric Social to Publicis Groupe UK, a division of the world's largest communications group. The company reported revenues of £13 million (€14.9 million) in the 12 months to March 2026 and employed 110 people at the time of sale. Fabric Social was profitable and served blue-chip clients in Britain including Sky, Subway EMEA, Currys, Morrisons, Just Eat, Autotrader, Holland & Barrett and Vodafone. The company also operated a smaller Irish business as a retained social agency. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Publicis acquires 160over90, declares sports marketing its 'next big bet

Publicis Groupe has acquired sports marketing agency 160over90 from WME Group for an undisclosed sum, positioning sports as its "next big bet" for growth. The deal is pending regulatory approval. Founded in 2001, 160over90 employs over 670 people across the US, UK, EMEA and APAC, working with global brands on major sporting events including the Super Bowl, Olympics and World Cup. The agency will join Publicis Sports, led by CEO Suzy Deering. Publicis is forming a partnership with WME to enable collaborations between its agencies and WME's talent roster. The acquisition follows Publicis' purchases of sports agencies Adopt and Bespoke in 2025 and creator marketing agency Influential in 2024. Publicis reported $17.18 billion in net revenue in 2025, up 5.6% year-on-year.
