Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience in software design and development. Or a Master's degree in a STEM related field with 6+ years of relative experience.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field with 12+ years of experience in software design and development. Or a Master's degree in a STEM related field with 10+ years of relative experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a development team, providing guidance, mentorship and support while ensuring software quality standards are met.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in software design and development under the Agile methodology.
  • Proficiency in Java, C++, and scripting under the Linux OS
  • Experience maintaining and monitoring project progress in Jira and presenting cost and schedule status
  • Experience with source control using Git and Bitbucket
  • Current and active TS/SCI clearance required at time of application. Must be able to maintain required clearances.

  • Work on an agile development team using modern development practices tackling both new development and operational support of systems that advance National Security.
  • Provide skills and innovative technologies to develop, design, produce and sustain optimized product lines across the sector while providing a decisive advantage to the warfighter.
  • Lead a development team, providing guidance, mentorship and support while ensuring software quality standards are met.
