Job Description:
We seek a thoughtful communicator who is eager to make an impact on the work we do. This role entails creating, editing, and organizing content, using a variety of tones and voice styles, for compelling digital, print, and social communication. Someone with a love for engaging others, a genuine ability to use language as a tool, and the ability to make technical information relatable. Use your strong grammatical engineering and understanding of how sentence structure and word choice can clarify or obscure meaning. This position needs someone who is confident as an individual contributor, is ready to jump in wherever needed, and embraces collaboration. Someone who cares about the details and is ultimately focused on great outcomes.
This role will be part of the team that smooths the DevOps path for developers as they build and maintain their applications. The team is tasked with delivering critical DevOps tools and services across customer spaces. The work of this team is critical to empowering developers to build reliable, secure products faster than ever. This work will enable both our internal team and myriad users of our tools. Responsibilities:
- Writing, editing, and organizing content for websites, articles, newsletters, announcements, discussion boards, internal social media, and event materials
- Tailoring tone and voice style of communications for specific audiences
- Making technical information clear and relatable
- Supporting effective storytelling and presentation of visual concepts to various stakeholders
- Participating in planning and executing periodic conferences, information sessions, and other events for the client, including identifying topics, managing event logistics, facilitating room reservation and set-up, preparing presentation materials, and marketing the event
- Supporting projects from concept to delivery
- Delivering assignments on time while consistently meeting quality standards
Here’s what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, creative writing, journalism, marketing, or equivalent
- 4 years of experience in communications, strategic analysis, training or marketing
Bonus points if you have:
- Research experience in Machine Learning specific to Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or deep learning
- Experience with managing data and creating algorithms using AWS
- Experience with R, Java, or other programming languages
Security Clearance:
- An active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required to start
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $90,700 - $168,400
Colorado: $90,700 - $145,500
New York City: $105,000 - $168,400
Washington: $96,600 - $154,900
