Requirements
  • 4+ years of partner marketing experience and marketing experience in an enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or technology company
  • Experience with field marketing and/or developer marketing a plus
  • Highly results-driven with outstanding analytical ability
  • Experience working cross-functionally and regionally
  • Very strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Expertise with CRM and Marketing Automation systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, Jira, and Cloud marketplaces
  • Budget management and MDF programs
  • Good humor and positive, can-do attitude is required
  • 15% travel to AMER markets
Responsibilities
  • Develop regional partner marketing strategy and GTM engagements to drive growth and adoption of MongoDB Atlas across AMER
  • Plan and execute end-to-end, integrated partner co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with global cross-functional teams across both MongoDB and partner ecosystem
  • Align with key partner thought leadership initiatives to drive demand and market awareness
  • Oversee the development of AMER specific jointly produced digital content to include infographics, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, and podcasts together with partners
  • Develop joint social media strategy, including regular blogs and social posts, increasing brand engagement for both MongoDB and partners
  • Manage in-person joint events together with Field Marketing team, including promotional materials and on the ground support
  • Analyze market and company data alongside partner strategies to define opportunities, audiences, objectives, threats, and priorities
  • Ensure performance and ROI are tracked, and set up processes to effectively measure outcomes
  • Manage regional partner marketing program budget
