Requirements
  • Previous experience in the translation, localization, or language services industry.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience prospecting, converting leads into deals, and qualifying and disqualifying leads.
  • Understanding of the sales lifecycle from lead generation through business closing.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Consultative skills including problem solving, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Effective time management.
Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth and achieve or exceed annual sales targets across the United States region.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new opportunities into signed deals.
  • Generate and qualify leads through strategic outreach, cold calling, networking, and social selling.
  • Build and develop relationships with prospective enterprise customers through value-based and consultative conversations.
  • Secure new-business growth and long-term customer retention through collaboration with Account Managers, Customer Excellence, Onboarding, and Account Management teams.
  • Understand and articulate LanguageWire’s services, capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages, and position them effectively for prospective customers.
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasting in line with company guidelines and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate customer relationship management records and pipeline management in HubSpot.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, including proposals, requests for proposals, requests for information, master service agreements, presentations, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Represent LanguageWire in strategically important meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Regularly visit prospects and customers onsite to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Deliver proactive follow-up and value-based customer interactions that build trust and long-term partnerships.
