About the Role
As a Head of Filed Sales Manager you will coach, manage and motivate a team to deliver high performance and KPO targets, such as revenue growth, client retention rates, pipeline management, new business from existing accounts. You will focus on continuous improvement to align the team and achieve and exceed goals through build relationships and sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Implementing sales strategies that ensure every customer and opportunity is managed and proactively engaged with.
- Promoting and driving high performance ensuring sales methodologies are implemented and provide continuous coaching in collaboration with sales strategy and operations.
- Ensuring all new joiners receive a comprehensive induction plan for success and proactively deal with any performance issues.
- Identifying customer sub-groups, particularly those targeted or already using competitive services, develop plans to proactively engage with appropriate offers.
- Supporting target setting and influencing policy and strategy providing valuable input when required.
- Contributing to the development of compelling value propositions and marketing programmes that enables us to differentiate ourselves with customers
- Gathering customer and market insights to drive continuous improvement and produce reports/operating plans to inform the business of performance.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams in marketing, customer support, sales operations and analytics to achieve shared goals.
Requirements
- Have experience of managing a high performing sales team
- Be able to gather, analyse and present customer usage and sales data
- Be familiar with various sales methodologies such as, Consultative selling, SPIN, Challenger or MEDICC
- Possess good influencing skills and an ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment
