Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or combination of related education and experience
  • 3 years of related professional work, at least one year in the nonprofit sector
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp) for donor engagement.
  • Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn) for campaign management.
  • Experience with CRM software (Raiser’s Edge NXT, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, others)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for communication and reporting.
  • Excellent writing skills to craft compelling, audience-driven messages.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation and ability to travel to meetings or events
Responsibilities
  • Lead Fundraising Efforts to Support World Relief Baltimore
  • Implement a fundraising plan covering all stages of donor relations: Identification, Qualification, Cultivation, Solicitation, and Stewardship.
  • Execute an Annual Campaign in partnership with office leadership to raise essential funds.
  • Facilitate one-on-one connections between the Office Director and key donors for personalized engagement.
  • Create and share compelling stories that inspire deeper involvement from volunteers, donors, and church partners.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to amplify stories across digital and in-person channels, reaching new audiences.
  • Align with Marketing to implement brand amplification strategies, including digital lead generation and in-person outreach.
  • Leverage email drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive donations.
  • Track and analyze lead generation efforts to improve donor acquisition and engagement.
  • Partner with the Church and Community Engagement team to integrate giving into outreach efforts.
  • Promote and support events to increase donor engagement and deepen church partnerships.
  • Coordinate and assist with fundraising events, ensuring they inspire giving and increase awareness.
  • Collaborate on event promotion to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Manage private funder relationships, including event participation, site visits, and ongoing communication.
  • Oversee grant applications and reporting, working with Strategic Engagement Staff to secure and maintain funding.
  • Other responsibilities as needed to further fundraising goals and support the mission of World Relief Baltimore.
