  • Excellent communication skills as this role will include speaking with prospects and customers as well as speaking engagements at conferences
  • Participate in Customer discovery/pre-sales sessions, listening to Customer's high-level business needs
  • Co-create Customer solution presentations and Vault CRM product demonstrations
  • Facilitate Customer facing technical demonstrations, educating the Customers on how Vault CRM can meet their MedTech sales and medical business needs
  • Supporting bid management, request for proposals, and SOW submissions
  • Fully own the user requirements, functional design, and technical prototyping of the Vault CRM product demos
  • Work with Vault CRM product and engineering teams to maintain product demo technical environment (code, data, visualizations)
  • Build and own persona-based narratives/scripts (story and flow), used in Customer demonstrations, to show the concise and effective use of Vault CRM
  • Own and manage internal ongoing product demo/solution workshops briefing sales, marking, and strategy teams with the progress and delivery of demo features

  • Experience as a sales professional at a MedTech company or experience implementing CRM for MedTech
