About the role

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating compelling, high-quality content across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and subject matter experts to develop content that educates, builds trust, drives website traffic, generates leads, and supports the sales team.

The ideal candidate is an excellent storyteller with strong research skills and experience writing for B2B audiences. Prior experience in compliance, risk management, due diligence, background screening, cybersecurity, fintech, legal, or financial services will be a significant advantage.

What you'll be doing

• Write and publish high-quality blog articles focused on compliance, due diligence, background screening, fraud prevention, and industry trends.
• Develop website content, including landing pages, product pages, service pages, industry pages, glossary pages, pillar pages, and case studies.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
• Write marketing email campaigns, newsletters, nurture email sequences, and lead-generation content.
• Develop product messaging, feature descriptions, brochures, one-pagers, sales presentations, and sales enablement content.
• Build and maintain content clusters and pillar pages that improve topical authority and organic search performance.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to develop content aligned with keyword strategy, search intent, internal linking, and content architecture.
• Create content optimized not only for traditional search engines but also for AI-powered search experiences (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, etc.).
• Structure content using semantic SEO, FAQs, schema-friendly formatting, and entity-based writing to improve discoverability in AI search.
• Conduct industry research and interview subject matter experts to create authoritative content.
• Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, and content structure.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, tone, and editorial standards across all content.
• Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, factual accuracy, and compliance.
• Repurpose existing content into blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, infographics, videos, social posts, and email campaigns.
• Stay updated on compliance regulations, AI search trends, search engine algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.

About you

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of professional content writing experience, preferably in B2B marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing blogs, website content, email campaigns, product content, and social media content.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, keyword optimization, and on-page SEO.
• Working knowledge of topical authority, content clusters, pillar page strategy, and internal linking.
• Understanding of AI search optimization (AEO/GEO), including how AI assistants and AI-powered search engines discover, interpret, and cite content.
• Ability to write content that is structured for both human readers and AI search systems using clear headings, FAQs, concise answers, and authoritative sources.
• Ability to simplify technical or complex topics into engaging, reader-friendly content.
• Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Experience using AI writing and research tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity to improve content productivity while maintaining quality and originality.
