Requirements
  • 4 or more years experience with hands-on long range planning/capacity planning experience
  • Project management skills with experience overseeing more than one project simultaneously
  • Comfortable with establishing new processes when gaps are present
  • Expertise in workforce management (COPC), capacity/resource planning principles/methods
  • Financial and budgeting planning/reporting experience
  • Excel or G-Sheet with the ability to use: Power Pivots, Power Query, VBA Macros
Responsibilities
  • Manage demand forecasting models to support headcount planning and budget development
  • Work with Customer Experience departments to improve structured capacity/resource planning
  • Understand goals for departments and perform analysis that inform capacity planning models, measure variances and partner with CX Data Operations to understand our existing data sources and reports within Looker
  • Uncover areas for improvement in Workforce Operations, propose solutions and implement to increase efficiencies and employee/business satisfaction
  • Manage end-to-end the member experience workforce management cycle
  • Short- and long-term forecasting
  • Staff planning and scheduling
  • Prioritize quality and building for scale
  • Develop capacity/resource planning models and processes to meet the needs of the CX organization and partners in a user-friendly way
