As a Mobility Tech Intern under the NASA End-User Services & Technologies (NEST) contract, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technology support for NASAs on the Mobility Team. You will support a variety of projects related to the development and optimization of mobility technologies. This includes working closely with vendors and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure seamless integration of new products and technologies. You’ll get hands-on experience with both the technical and operational aspects of the mobility space while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing mobility technologies, including hardware and software systems.
- Help support the coordination and management of relationships with external vendors and OEMs to ensure timely delivery and quality of technology components.
- Help with the integration of third-party technologies into our systems, working closely with engineering teams to ensure compatibility and performance.
- Collect and analyze data from product tests, pilot programs, and vendor solutions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, operations) to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Learn basic technical support for internal teams, vendors, and OEM partners.
- Help prepare and maintain documentation related to vendor integrations, technical specifications, and system performance.
- Participate in meetings with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams to track project timelines, product development, and issue resolution.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field at an accredited collge/university.
- Interest in the mobility tech space.
- Familiarity with vendor management processes, procurement, or working with third-party suppliers is a plus.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting, both internally and with external partners.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- US citizenship required.

- Exposure to mobility-related technologies.
- Experience working with or managing relationships with vendors or OEMs, particularly in a tech or transportation-related field.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00
