  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years experience in media planning/account management
  • 4+ years experience in people management
  • Proficiency in CRM (i.e. Salesforce) and OMS (i.e. OP1)
  • Experience in building media plans
  • Experience working with planning for native content
  • Knowledge of ad specs and 3rd party tracking capabilities
Responsibilities
  • Strategically build rate cards for Gaming, Tech, Entertainment, Wealth, and Women’s Lifestyle categories
  • Maintain competitive knowledge of custom content and social rates
  • Work with various teams to build strategic media plans based on advertiser objectives
  • Build media plans and decks for scalable budgets
  • Support Sales team in client and deal management
  • Package new opportunities for market
  • Possess intimate knowledge of clients in gaming and tech categories
  • Play a role in pipeline tracking and deal processing
  • Work closely with Ad Operations team
  • Understand marketplace dynamics and become industry expert
