  • 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner/HR Business Partner; ideally with experience at a high-growth technology company

Responsibilities
  • Partner with department leaders to drive organizational performance, ensuring alignment with Overjet's business objectives and cultural values.
  • Serve as a thought partner to department leaders and managers by advising on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to all employees, fostering stronger relationships, building morale, and increasing productivity and retention.
  • Lead HR processes related to performance reviews, engagement cycles, compensation planning, and employee relations.
  • Partners closely with the Finance and Leadership teams on company budgeting and key financial metrics.
