- Act as a trusted advisor to all employees, fostering stronger relationships, building morale, and increasing productivity and retention.
- Lead HR processes related to performance reviews, engagement cycles, compensation planning, and employee relations.
- Partners closely with the Finance and Leadership teams on company budgeting and key financial metrics.
