  • Lead day-to-day operations and processes of the Planning & Controls team, meeting targets, and ensuring that projects are being completed on schedule
  • Follow through on strategy on short and long-term department goals, which will be developed directly with the Sr. Director of Planning & Controls
  • Act as a representative of the Sr. Director of Planning & Controls in meetings
  • Handle key partnerships on behalf of the Sr. Director of Planning & Controls
  • Partner with the Sr. Director of Planning & Controls to close key hires
  • Use data to track and evaluate critical metrics; proactively propose and champion process, tooling, or documentation
  • Communicate across different teams to understand needs and align on priorities
  • Work with senior leadership on creation of new processes and documentation
  • Be the go-to program manager for all things operations related to Planning & Controls with cross functional partners
  • Support the Sr. Director of Planning & Controls in identifying, refining and developing team goals, and ensuring the team is on-pace to achieve those goals
  • Communicate priorities, activities, and results to the larger organization, while ensuring goals are met. Have a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs
  • Bring your past experiences to the role and use your unique perspective to think creatively about how to approach new challenges and opportunities within the organization
  • Partner with teams to help manage critical initiatives and drive operational scale and efficiency
  • Lead projects that require you to build a data-driven strategy, develop a game plan and operationally implement, understand and resolve organizational alignment challenges and communicate progress to a broad audience of collaborators
  • Implement scalable initiatives and processes to ensure a best-in-class operation
