Salary Range: 48000 to 52000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

ERG is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of relevant work experience. They should demonstrate strong administration and communication skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Excel and Word is preferred. A minimum of an associate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is preferred. Work experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred.
Job Description:
- Review and process and maintain accounts payable records, including invoices, expense reports, vendor statements, 1099 forms, and financial reports
- Perform various general accounting tasks related to accounts payable management
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in the processing of accounts payable
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Adhere to established accounting procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of an associate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Work experience with Deltek Costpoint system
