Responsibilities
  • Review and process and maintain accounts payable records, including invoices, expense reports, vendor statements, 1099 forms, and financial reports
  • Perform various general accounting tasks related to accounts payable management
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in the processing of accounts payable
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Adhere to established accounting procedures and compliance standards
