Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of relevant business operations and/or chief of staff experience
  • Leadership maturity and successful track record in high growth dynamic environment
  • Experience within a leadership role in a finance organization
  • Familiarity with engineering and product prioritization for a public company
  • Ability to influence and drive cross-functional initiatives and bring alignment to initiatives that may not have a clearly defined scope
  • A clear communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively
  • Inquisitive nature, attention to detail, diligence and a good attitude

Responsibilities
  • Work with the CTO of SoFi to develop, plan and execute key initiatives through the execution of top priorities agreed upon by the CTO and executive leadership team
  • Supports the CTO in setting the overall strategy and in day-to-day operations
  • Leads the preparation and production of executive presentations for the CTO, including monthly Board of Directors materials, senior management updates, and analyst presentations
  • Assess strategic growth opportunities in collaboration with the business unit and the cross functional leadership
  • Lead projects and initiatives, carefully managing business case, scope, schedule, risks, issues, decisions, interdependencies and interim milestones
  • Help drive accountability throughout the organization by setting up operating cadence/rhythm that bridge strategy, execution, and performance management (e.g. OKRs, business reviews)
  • Actively participate in long-term and short-term strategy, priorities and goals, while ensuring that they seamlessly integrate with SoFi's full suite of consumer products
  • Work closely with each functional expert to promote collaboration, review and tracking of progress
  • Lead by influence through close partnership with department leaders and cross-functional leads
  • Drive the internal communication strategy for the EPD organization
