Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of three years of Human Resources Administrative Coordinator experience
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask on projects
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bilingual - proficient in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and keep current all fingerprint pool lists
  • Send daily communication email to CBP for all employees onsite and newly fingerprinted associates
  • Enter temps into ADP and make employee badges for new hires
  • Back-up HR Specialist for temporary staffing orders
  • Cover for Receptionist breaks/lunch and when absent
  • Coordinate company uniform orders and handle movie ticket program
  • Ensure employee personnel files are up to date and in compliance
  • Assist with on-boarding process and new hire orientation
  • Process weekly payroll hours for temporary staff employees
  • Assist with on-site Job Fairs and promotion of job fairs
